Trauma

"Trauma is not what happens to you, but it is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you"

If you are in a relationships that involves constant disappointment, you are likely traumatized.

If you have grown up in an environment where you had to neglect your own needs to survive, you are traumatized.

I am here to help clear and transform the fear stuck in your body so you can be reconnected with your empowered self

When you are depressed, numb, isolating yourself, unable to ask for you help, it means your body is begging to be comforted, to be told, I hear you, I see you, what do you need?

If you are feeling depressed, burnt out, stuck in the same defeating patterns of realtionsjops, ecessive anxiety, nightmares, fraid of losing control,

Trouhble sleeping,

You are

No one is meant to live in a state of hopelessness and constant anxiety.

When you have out others needs before your own to surive, you learn dissasoociate and live in a state of hyper arousal.

There is hope.

When we can surrender to our emotional truth in the presence of a caring other, our bodies will let go of the fear in our bodies. You can live in harmony with your needs and desires.

If you’re unable to fully relax, feel on edge, have trouble sleeping, there is a good chance you have unprocessed trauma stuck in your body.  Trauma is sometimes, single incident where you felt powerless, or out of control, or a entire lifetime of feeling misunderstood.

Either way you are left feeling confused about what you want, agitated, trouble sleeping, irritable.
